Car:

When you come from the Shinjuku, run along the Ome Highway and turn right at an intersection of the 'Sekimachi 4', and turn left soon.
When you come from the Ome/Tanashi, run along the Ome Highway and find an intersection of the 'Kitaura', and go ahead about 300m from the intersection.

Public transport:

Take the Seibu Shinjuku Line and get off at the 'Musashi-Seki' station. Walk toward the Ome Highway from the south exit of the station.

Take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line and get off at the 'Irumashi' station. Take the Seibu bus going toward ['Iruma-shi Hakubutsukan (Museum), Mitsui Outlet Park, Hakogasaki'] and get off at the 'Funakubokojo-mae' bus stop.
