CUSTOM KIT EX 2.2L
This Custom Kit for EJ20 expands engine displacement by enlarged bore and stroker. The engine displacement is 2123cc. The JUN Custom Kit provides more power and torque capabilities of your Stroker Assemblies - Includes the Billet Crankshaft, the C-Series Piston Kit, and the I-beam Connecting rods. The lightweight, high strength, and rate of balance of those parts are improving. The high response is offered. You can use broadly in various fields as circuit, drag race etc.
FORGED ALUMINUM PISTON KIT
We got the cooperation of the Cosworth in UK, and expanded the line-up of the piston. This C series is an excellent product in the cost performance. It is an excellent piston in the durability because it is the design which has a few loads that heat efficiency was put on the emphasis. We made many types of vehicle and bore size. A choice in your needs will be able to be done.
I-BEAM CONNECTING ROD
The JUN connecting rod is made by shaving in order to pursue lightness and strength, this form has no futility. The material of a connecting rod is used SCM440. And connecting rod bolts are made by ARP. If big end is transformed at the time of high rotation, a metal will burn. In order to prevent the phenomenon, it was made the form which distributes stress.

HIGH LIFT CAMSHAFT
This camshaft was ground from forged material which was designed for EJ207 engine. The form (profile) will become the best logically because cam design has flexibility by grinding from material.
ADJUSTABLE CAM SLIDE SPROCKET
JUN cam slide sprocket will adjust the best valve timing when you change camshaft and/or do engine tuning. Also, it is able to correct off valve timing according to resurfacing cylinder head when overhaul.

TITANIUM VALVE RETAINER
It is required for tuned engine to make a movement part light. The role of a retainer is a stopper for valve springs, retainer needs to be extremely strong and lightweight for reliability and engine response. The JUN Titanium Valve Retainer has been developed with emphasis on both strength and weight in mind. Furthermore, the Type2 valve retainer is performing the special surface treatment. And compared with Type1 (conventional article), wear resistance of it improved very much.
REINFORCED VALVE GUIDE
The JUN Racing Valve Guide is improved its strength and heat conduction by using raw material, phosphorus-bronze. This therefore avoid the any damage from high rotation of tuned engine. We recommend our valve guides when you overhaul your cylinder head.

REINFORCED CRANK CASE BOLT
Crankshaft is one of the crucial part that have weighing by combustion power that changed rotation. Crank Main Cap Stud Bolt is a shaft bearing part of crank shaft that fixes a block and a cap connecting together. BAFFLED OIL PAN
In the race scene to repeat rapidly acceleration, slowdown, and turn, a strainer cannot suck in oil with the stock oil pan without partitions because lubricating oil has always clustered on one side of the oil pan. This baffled oil pan always can keep a strainer into the oil surface because it prevents to lean the oil by making a partition in an oil pan.

HIGH FLOW OIL PUMP
JUN developed High flow oil pumps for the engine which may become lack of oil quantity when high revolution. With a tuning engine overusing high revolution, lack of oil becomes a serious problem. We designed new gears in the oil pumps to increase flowing oil quantity. Use our oil pump before the trouble occurred around turbines or crank.

We prepared simple short cylinder head as base of tuning. The short head has two kinds for your driving stages. The BASIC type was done minimum processing for adjusting uneven quality of factory parts. And, the EX type incorporated special parts and processing recommended by JUN. These are pre-assembled head which was put together until valve springs.

We prepared simple short cylinder block as base of tuning. The short block has two kinds for your driving stages. The BASIC type was done minimum processing for adjusting uneven quality of factory parts. And, the EX type incorporated special parts and processing recommended by JUN. These are pre-assembled block which was done some required working of adjusting bearings, adjusting gap of piston rings, and assembling pistons, rods, and a crankshaft to a short block.
FORGED CHROMOLY FLYWHEEL
JUN could achieve manufacturing its original flywheels about 200% more strength compared with normal flywheels. It was forged using Chrome-molybdenum steel. The power of inertia rotation can be decreased by reducing the excess weight, and therefore, its strength directly passed through to the high response.

SURGE TANK
This surge tank makes up for the shortage of the tank capacity that it was caused by a soup up engine. And, the surge tank will be able to improve the response and the loss of intake by shortened intake pipe because it can attach to the reverse direction.
- Must move the place of the turbine and the intercooler.
- Must move the alternator when you attach to the reverse direction.
- Must consider the layout of parts because this product is not a bolt-on type.
- This product is only the surge tank body. It is not including throttle, idle control valve, gaskets, and the others.

ALUMINUM SUCTION PIPE KIT
This suction pipe kit contains air-flow adapter and air cleaner. The considerable power loss occurs in the stock cleaner box by the inhalation resistance. The un-covered air cleaner and the air-flow adapter will attain the superior power. And, the atmosphere of the engine room is favored by buffing aluminium pipes and silicone hoses.
The stock ECU doesn't become an errand thing because this kit makes high air flow. We are preparing ECU which was written special data.

TURBINE ADAPTER
The exhaust manifold of the horizontal engine was not able to do exchange of a turbine for a special layout easily. This adapter is a part supporting adapting of TD05/06 (Westgate type).
- Movement of an intercooler and production of pipes are necessary.
- GRB cannot install the 25G-compressor with this turbine adapter.

UPRATED TURBO ACTUATOR
This is an uprated turbo actuator which can adjust working pressure from 1.0 to 1.3 kgf/cm². This turbo actuator will prevent declining of boost pressure when high rev and boost. You can install by bolt-on because the actuator is designed by same form as a factory one.
RADIATOR CAP
This radiator cap uprates the pressure of release valve. That result, boiling point of coolant is raised by increases pressure of piping. By this, it raises the cooling efficiency of the radiator, and will repress overheat.

SPORT COMPUTER
This is a sport computer with the ability to cope with high boost pressure. And this computer becomes the specifications which are the most suitable for sport driving by optimization of A/F, boost control, and throttle data. UNIVERSAL FRONT DIFFUSER
An air pocket in central part amplifies incoming air from bottom of front bumper temporarily and the compressed air quickens speed, and it is drained behind your vehicle. Strakes before front wheels reduce turbulence by the tires, and the air deflects to center of vehicle. The quickened air makes down force occur through bottom of vehicle. Moreover by the type of vehicle, this diffuser has effect which lowers water and intake temperature because it pulls out heat from engine room.
