SHORT HEAD

The short head has two kinds for your driving stages. The BASIC type was done minimum processing for adjusting uneven quality of factory parts. And, the EX type incorporated special parts and processing recommended by JUN. These are pre-assembled head which was put together until camshafts.

CUSTOM KIT EX 3.2L

This Custom Kit for 2JZ-GTE expands engine displacement by enlarged bore and stroker. The engine displacement is 3210cc.

FORGED ALUMINUM PISTON KIT

We supply two manufacturers of piston for 2JZ-GTE. There are C-series which was manufactured by Cosworth, and P-series which was manufactured by CP-CARRILLO. The C-Series Piston Kit is designed for corresponding to high boost, high rotation and high response. The P-series realises light weight and high rigidity at low cost.

I-BEAM CONNECTING ROD

The JUN connecting rod is made by shaving in order to pursue lightness and strength, this form has no futility. The material of a connecting rod is used SCM440. And connecting rod bolts are made by ARP. If big end is transformed at the time of high rotation, a metal will burn. In order to prevent the phenomenon, it was made the form which distributes stress.

HIGH LIFT CAMSHAFT

This camshaft was ground from forged material which was designed for 2JZ-GTE engine. The form (profile) will become the best logically because cam design has flexibility by grinding from material.

• The height of lift shows the valve lift. And, cannot use on 2JZ-GE(NA) engine.
• This camshaft is for the shim under bucket valve system. It don't fit on the stock cylinder head which is the shim over bucket valve system.

UPRATED VALVE SPRING

The JUN uprated valve spring with which the load optimal at the time of a set and a valve lift is acquired was manufactured. Even when the amount of valve lifts increases by using a high cam, since the adhesion margin is secured enough, the JUN valve springs does not have degradation and its durability is also improving.

TITANIUM VALVE RETAINER

It is required for tuned engine to make a movement part light. The role of a retainer is a stopper for valve springs, retainer needs to be extremely strong and lightweight for reliability and engine response. The JUN Titanium Valve Retainer has been developed with emphasis on both strength and weight in mind. Furthermore, the Type2 valve retainer is performing the special surface treatment. And compared with Type1 (conventional article), wear resistance of it improved very much.

REINFORCED VALVE GUIDE

The JUN Racing Valve Guide is improved its strength and heat conduction by using raw material, phosphorus-bronze. This therefore avoid the any damage from high rotation of tuned engine. We recommend our valve guides when you overhaul your cylinder head.

ADJUSTABLE CAM SLIDE SPROCKET

JUN cam slide sprocket will adjust the best valve timing when you change camshaft and/or do engine tuning. Also, it is able to correct off valve timing according to resurfacing cylinder head when overhaul.

• This product does not apply to a VVT-i valve train.
• The price shows 1 piece. It needs two pieces for one vehicle.

REINFORCED HEAD BOLT

The high-boost and high-compression engine tends to occur distortion between the cylinder head and the cylinder block as a junction part of combustion chamber. We are providing the product which is supplied from ARP Racing USA.

REINFORCED CRANK MAIN CAP BOLT

Crankshaft is one of the crucial part that have weighing by combustion power that changed rotation. Crank Main Cap Stud Bolt is a shaft bearing part of crank shaft that fixes a block and a cap connecting together. If this part gets thermal expansion a crank housing could not be kept in circular shape and it could be possible to get scorching. We are providing the product which is supplied from ARP Racing USA.

REINFORCEMENT CONNECTING ROD BOLT

FORGED CHROMOLY FLYWHEEL

JUN could achieve manufacturing its original flywheels about 200% more strength compared with normal flywheels. It was forged using Chrome-molybdenum steel. The power of inertia rotation can be decreased by reducing the excess weight, and therefore, its strength directly passed through to the high response.

• This is for 2JZ-GE(NA)/5MT. It is not use to 2JZ-GTE(turbo) or 6MT.

GT SURGE TANK

The characteristic of engine changes a lot. The following factor, collector capacity corresponding to displacement volume, the form of a serge tank, length of intake port, and section of intake port etc. The JUN GT SURGE TANK pulls out the performance required of engine as much as possible in consideration of these factors.

• The injector and the throttle body is not contained in this kit.
• It cannot be used by stock computer.
• Pipes are not contained in this kit. Please prepare separately.
• A throttle body used for this kit, it use a processed Nissan stock parts (for Infinity).

RADIATOR CAP

UNIVERSAL FRONT DIFFUSER

An air pocket in central part amplifies incoming air from bottom of front bumper temporarily and the compressed air quickens speed, and it is drained behind your vehicle. Strakes before front wheels reduce turbulence by the tires, and the air deflects to center of vehicle. The quickened air makes down force occur through bottom of vehicle. Moreover by the type of vehicle, this diffuser has effect which lowers water and intake temperature because it pulls out heat from engine room.
