SHORT COMPLETE ENGINE
This short complete engine is a high performance engine which was combined with a JUN Short Head and JUN Short Block. The JUN Short Head was done high precision machining needed as tuning engine. And the JUN Short Block was built in the Custom Kit EX 4.0L, and cylinder liners for expansion cylinder.

SHORT HEAD
The short head has two kinds for your driving stages. The BASIC type was done minimum processing for adjusting uneven quality of factory parts. And, the EX type incorporated special parts and processing recommended by JUN. These are pre-assembled head which was put together until camshafts.
SHORT BLOCK
This short block built in the Custom Kit EX 4.0L. And, it puts in the cylinder liner for expansion cylinder. We assembled the short-block by the most suitable clearances which has safe margin on the high revolution.

FORGED ALUMINUM PISTON KIT
The stock bore size piston kit will be able to install stock cylinder without boring and honing machining. This piston was made from the excellent forged material same as the piston so far. So, it will be able to say as the high-end piston which can show durability and performance more than enough for the high spec engine of VR38DETT.
- Oversize piston requires cylinder liner.
- Dynamic balancing of crankshaft is necessary.
I-BEAM CONNECTING ROD
The JUN connecting rod is made by shaving in order to pursue lightness and strength, this form has no futility. The material of a connecting rod is used SCM440. And connecting rod bolts are made by ARP. If big end is transformed at the time of high rotation, a metal will burn. In order to prevent the phenomenon, it was made the form which distributes stress.

CYLINDER LINER KIT
Since VR38DETT is an aluminum block engine surface-treated by plasma spraying, oversized piston can not be assembled by the usual method. By inserting this liner in the cylinder it becomes possible to incorporate more pistons than the stock bores. We line up cast iron liners that can handle various bore sizes and aluminum liners with target bore narrowed down. Please use them for assembly of oversized piston, upward displacement or block regeneration.

HIGH LIFT CAMSHAFT - BOLT-ON SERIES
This camshaft can use with your stock computer. And, you don't need to change your stock valve spring. This camshaft is a so-called the bolt-on camshaft. Although the vehicle ups the torque by exchanging the camshaft only, it will be able to get more power if you upgrade intake / exhaust parts and boost-up on the ECU. UPRATED VALVE SPRING SET
Close adhesion between coil line will occur when the stock valve spring use together with high lift camshafts in a Nissan VR38DETT engine. Even if the coil line thin prepare as the simple way of solving it, it doesn't show enough load and strength. So, we designed special valve spring to get enough load and strength with thick coil line, and also designed special (offsetting) valve retainer. This valve spring set is a product which is including specail valve spring and special valve retainer (Type2).

GT SURGE TANK
The stock surge tank is short of ability when your engine became high power. The capacity of the collector tank uprated 200% compared with stock surge tank. Moreover, it increased the power and torque from low-middle speed until high rev. It was achieved by extended length of intake manifold and by made funnels inside the collector tank. The position of throttle body was moved from stock position but can install it easily by a little modification of the intake pipe. And, it doesn't interfere with bonnet hood. You will be able to get more power by using together with the our big throttle body.

RADIATOR RESERVOIR TANK
The stock radiator reservoir tank is made from plastic. This product will improve durability and atmosphere of engine room by replacing to the aluminum product. Partitions were made inside the tank to prevent the mixture of the air. The level gauge placed on outside. It was made from stainless steel which is able to withstand high pressure and high temperature. The radiator cap which is 1.3kg/cm² opening pressure is attached.

UNIVERSAL FRONT DIFFUSER
